Payments

The Customer may choose one of the payment methods listed below:

1. Cash on delivery  – The Customer pays the Price on the date of delivery/reception of the Product to the Courier, who will issue a receipt. In the case of the Cash on delivery payment method, the Price is due on the date of delivery/reception of the Product.

2. Online payment through the secure Shopify Payments platform – The Customer pays the Price on the date of sending his offer/purchase order for the Products selected on the HELLENIC WELLBEING Website. In the case of payment by Bank Card, the Price is due on the date of receipt by the Customer of the confirmation email. Accepted bank cards are: VISA, Master Card, Maestro, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EuPlatesc, PayPal, MobilPay

Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkout.

The recipient’s identification data must be correct and complete, as follows: Name, Surname, Postal Code, City, Address, Phone No.

When paying the Price of the Products, the Customer may not use any vouchers or coupons (for example, but not limited to: Gift Vouchers, Meal Vouchers, Shopping Coupons, etc.). Except for our Discount Vouchers

The Products remain the property of HELLENIC WELLBEING until the Price is paid in full. Together with the Electronic Confirmation Message, the Customer will receive in electronic format the invoice regarding the purchase of the selected Product (hereinafter referred to as the “Product Invoice”), which will also be sent on paper in the Product package. In the package, the Customer will also receive the tax receipt and the return form in the package.
