Rosehip oil is extremely hydrating because it’s full of linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). While other oils only contain 2-5% linoleic acid, rosehip oil contains over 40%! Linoleic acid improves the skin’s barrier function, which means it helps retain moisture in the skin.
